To help reduce crimes and other violence involving firearms in Maine, CD&M is a task force member of Project Safe Neighborhoods. Initiated by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Maine, the organization is focused on domestic violence, gang activity, responsible gun sales and use, and youth intervention programs. Through an award-winning television campaign and other print promotions created by CD&M, greater awareness and action have been brought to reducing firearms crimes in Maine.
